Troubleshoot connecting device


If you are having trouble connecting your device to the Limit installer, please try the following steps:

Check your usb cable

Make sure you are using a good quality USB cable. Some cables are only for charging and do not support data transfer. If you have another cable, try that one.

Restart your computer

Sometimes restarting your computer will fix the issue.
